We understand talking to a bunch of people you have never met can be scary. However, studies show that “75% of people in group therapy report feeling more connected and less isolated” (Source: American Group Psychotherapy Association).
Start with our drop-in groups. This is a rotating group topic where you can grow in a specific therapeutic skill. This includes communication, processing thoughts, and self-care.
If you are missing a sense of community, attend a group that has a set group of people attending.

Therapy +
Therapy + is a way to enhance the work you and your therapist do together. Come in for gaining extra support and community.
You can attend weekly or dropin.
Sundays at 10am - 11:30am.
