How Groups Work

We understand talking to a bunch of people you have never met can be scary. However, studies show that “75% of people in group therapy report feeling more connected and less isolated” (Source: American Group Psychotherapy Association).

  • Start with our drop-in groups. This is a rotating group topic where you can grow in a specific therapeutic skill. This includes communication, processing thoughts, and self-care.
  • If you are missing a sense of community, attend a group that has a set group of people attending.
  • Speak with your clinician about which group will be right for you.
