How Groups Work

We understand talking to a bunch of people you have never met can be scary. However, studies show that “75% of people in group therapy report feeling more connected and less isolated” (Source: American Group Psychotherapy Association).

  • Start with our drop-in groups. This is a rotating group topic where you can grow in a specific therapeutic skill. This includes communication, processing thoughts, and self-care.
  • If you are missing a sense of community, attend a group that has a set group of people attending.
  • Speak with your clinician about which group will be right for you.

Therapy +

Therapy + is a way to enhance the work you and your therapist do together. Come in for gaining extra support and community.

How Intensives Work

Psychotherapy Intensive Sessions: Deep Healing in a Focused Format

Step into a transformative space designed for deep emotional healing and personal growth. Our Psychotherapy Intensive Sessions offer a powerful alternative to traditional weekly, 53 minute sessions, providing extended, focused time to work through complex issues, relationship problems, life transitions, or emotional blocks.

Whether you're navigating trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, or seeking clarity and direction, these sessions are tailored to meet you where you are—with compassion, expertise, time and intention.

Two women communicate with tangled and clear speech bubbles connected by a heart.

What to Expect

  • Extended Time: Dive deeper with sessions ranging from 90 minutes to half-day to multi-day formats.
  • Personalized Approach: Each intensive is customized to your unique goals, history, and healing journey.
  • Safe & Supportive Environment: Work one-on-one with a licensed therapist (or more than one therapist) in a space designed for emotional safety and transformation.
  • Integrative Techniques: May include Enneagram Empowered Psychotherapy (E2P), somatic-informed therapies, trauma-informed therapies, emotion regulation techniques, mindfulness, narrative work, and more.

Ideal For

  • Individuals seeking accelerated progress
  • Couples wanting extended time so both parties get to speak
  • Those facing a crisis or major life decision
  • Clients who’ve plateaued in traditional therapy
  • Anyone ready for a breakthrough

Why Choose an Intensive?

Because sometimes, healing needs more than 53 minutes a week. Intensives allow you to go beyond surface-level insights and into the heart of what matters most—creating space for lasting change in a shorter amount of time!
