Travis Foley

MA, LAC

I specialize in helping young adults navigate anxiety, depression, and life transitions with practical, mindfulness-based tools. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed or stuck, and what makes my approach unique is the blend of CBT and mindfulness delivered in a down-to-earth, interactive style. We won’t just talk—we’ll actively explore the thoughts that fuel your stress and build real skills you can use every day. My goal is to help you feel grounded, confident, and back in control, with a toolkit that helps you not just get by, but truly thrive.

I specialize in trauma-informed care using CBT and mindfulness-based strategies to help you re-frame challenges, gain perspective, and take intentional steps toward growth. In a supportive, non-judgmental space, we’ll work together to help you find relief, balance, and achieve your goals.

You don’t have to face this alone. I’m here to listen and support you when you’re ready. Together, we can take the first step in a calm, judgment-free space where you can share your experiences and begin finding understanding, relief, and hope.

Specialty – I work with clients who may be struggling with trauma. I work with clients to help identify triggers and negative thought patterns. Sessions would focus on validating these feelings while exploring the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.

Therapy types – I use a mix of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Psychology. In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s going on and what you hope to change. We’ll look at how your thoughts affect how you feel, and I’ll ask open-ended questions, listen closely, and build on your strengths to help you create a plan that truly works for you.
