My approach is compassionate and collaborative—I strive to meet each person where they are, honoring their unique experiences while helping them move toward their goals. Whether working with a child learning to regulate emotions, a teen facing anxiety, or a family working to improve communication, I focus on creating a space where clients feel understood and empowered.

My work is grounded in evidence-based practices and a strengths-based perspective. I enjoy helping clients build practical tools for managing stress, improving relationships, and increasing self-awareness. I also recognize the importance of flexibility in therapy, tailoring my approach to meet the developmental and emotional needs of each individual and family I serve.
