You may be carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or life experiences that leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in the same painful patterns. Deep down, you want to feel more like yourself again, but knowing where to start can be difficult.
My role is to help guide you through that process. As a student therapist pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University, I provide a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can explore your story, understand your experiences, and begin creating meaningful change. My training includes work with trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, suicidal ideation, and self-harming behaviors.
Using CBT, DBT, IFS, personality and trauma-informed approaches, we’ll work together to identify what’s keeping you stuck and build the skills needed to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds and offer LGBTQIA+, sex-positive care. If you’re ready to better understand yourself, heal from past experiences, and step into a more authentic and empowered version of your life, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
